Dr Kabir trained in the North West London Deanery program in cardiology at the Royal Brompton Hospital, where he received specialised training in the TAVI procedure.
He has undertaken an Interventional Cardiology fellowship in Lausanne, Switzerland, as well as training in cardiology and general internal medicine at Luton University Hospital, Hemel Hempstead Hospital and Northwick Park Hospital.
Dr Kabir earned his undergraduate medical degree at United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals and his PhD from the University of London.
Dr Kabir remains involved with education, teaching the MRCP Practical Assessment of Clinical Examination Skills course at Harefield Hospital since 2013.
